Yoga for Mums monthly with Sarah Cesek

A class for mums in any stage of motherhood, particularly the first two postnatal years. Take some ‘me time’ and treat your body and mind to some nourishing movement, relaxation and rest. We focus on bringing awareness and strength to the core and pelvic floor, opening the chest, shoulders and hips, and sinking into some deeply restorative postures.

This class is just for adults – no babies please! No previous yoga experience is necessary and all levels are welcome but Mums must be at least 6 weeks post-partum.

Cost £12 per class OR book 5 classes for £50 when you purchase a 5 Class Pass (discount automatically applied at checkout when 5 classes are purchased at once)
