Join Kirsteen for the ultimate relaxation experience with a ‘Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Ceremony’. In these workshops we combine meditation, intention setting, Yin Yoga, and the unique Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls for a 2 hour transformative session.

These crystal singing bowls are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centers for healing, balancing & meditation.

Working through the Yin Yoga practice before moving into the sound bath gives your body the opportunity to relax, release and open up so that you can get the maximum benefit from the vibrations of the bowls, drums and chimes. Yin Yoga is also fabulous for assisting you in the relaxation of any tension being held in the body and releasing the facia which runs though out your body.

Pillows, blankets and eye pillows are all provided and there will be the opportunity to pick an oracle card at the beginning or end of the class.
