
Tanya De Leersnyder
Tanya is a Senior Level Iyengar yoga teacher and has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1995. Tanya often teaches weekend workshops and has run yoga retreats in France and Cornwall, and in 2025, she is taking 2 groups to Northern Spain at the end of June/beginning of July.
Tanya is absolutely passionate about yoga and the amazing benefits on a physical and emotional level. “I find my yoga sessions are the one place where I can leave all my worries outside the door, focus completely on what I am doing and leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and generally calmer”
Tanya used to suffer from a lot of lower back pain and needed to see a chiropractor on a regular basis. “Since doing yoga on a regular basis, I hardly ever suffer from back pain and I am probably fitter now than I was when I was 20!
