Beginners Workshop with Emma Tilley

Join Emma for a 90-minute session to practice Vinyasa Flow Yoga with an emphasis on science-based research, inclusivity and well being. We’ll also look at ageing well – and this doesn’t mean you have to be in your senior years or middle aged – this starts now, whatever stage you’re at!

All levels welcome, perhaps you’ve practised for a while but want to go back to basics or try a different style, or you’ve recently recovered from injury, illness or just a period of prolonged inactivity. Let’s see where this journey takes us!

There will be opportunities to ask questions; before, during, and after the session (in person and by email). And I’ll also email you a short sequence to work with at home after our session which you can access for two months.
