Community Yoga

Community Yoga is a relaxed, welcoming class for everybody, where people can practice together, in community, however they access their practice.

Each month a different theme is explored, with the intention of cultivating an awareness of our interconnectedness with each other and the natural world. We explore the theme through movement as well as developing other practices which will hopefully support us to extend our yoga practice beyond the mat and into our daily lives.

Practices include steady, mindful sequences of movement with accessible options throughout to meet individual needs. There will also be trauma-aware breathing practices, restorative poses, meditation and rest. Also, plenty of smiles.
