Strong & Supple Yoga (Starts March 3rd)

Strong and Supple Yoga is a focused 45-minute morning flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and awaken the body. This energising yet grounding practice helps you start your day feeling centred, replenished, and ready for what’s ahead.

Rooted in the alchemy of deep, intelligent yoga movement, intentional embodiment, breath, and sound, this class draws on practices that support healing, vitality, and meditative presence. These tools invite you into deeper connection with body, heart, breath, and spirit, guiding you back to wholeness and ease.

Expect dynamic yet accessible flow sequences that support strengthening, opening, and inner transformation. My teaching style is intuitive and creative, using mobility and deep flexibility as gateways into embodied awareness, strength, relaxation, and renewal.

This class supports you in building functional strength while increasing mobility, flexibility and ease of movement. We focus on stabilising joints and ligaments, developing functional strength, and expanding range of motion through a thoughtful blend of active mobility, strength-building sequences, and targeted flexibility.

Suitable for all genders and levels of experience.
