Yuliya is a founder of Vistara Feminine Embodiment school and Vistara -Yoga, and a Registered with Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

Her teachings are rooted in Somatic | Tantric Yoga which has been a deeply personal part of Yuliya’s own healing journey - both physically ( healing post-birth prolapse, pelvic misalignment, and a third-degree tear) and emotionally (releasing deeply rooted traumas stored in the neuromuscular memory of pelvic tissue).

Unlike traditional forms of yoga that emphasize physical alignment, composure, and observing the mind from a distance, her practice invites deep presence within the body. The focus shifts from the upper wisdom centers to the lower: the root and sacral chakras - where Shakti, the life-force energy, resides. Here, the emphasis is on inhabiting the body fully - feeling from within, awakening somatic awareness, and accessing embodied wisdom through sensation and presence.
