As my daughter moves toward adolescence and I journey through perimenopause, I’m reminded of the rhythms of womanhood and the wild, wonderful world of hormones. 🌙
Menopause is not something to “get through” or fix.
It’s a profound transition - one that asks for listening, compassion, and care.
This Menopause Transition Workshop is a chance to pause and explore what support might look like for you at this stage of life.
Through strengthening yoga, mindful breath, and guided rest, we’ll work with both the physical and emotional landscape of menopause - supporting mood, sleep, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
This is a space to feel held.
To breathe, soften the emotional load, and reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom rather than something to battle.
All bodies welcome. No prior experience needed.
