Friday Evening Restorative Yoga

A restorative class designed to “unwind’ the body and mind at the end of the week.
You will be guided into rest, stillness and spacious awareness - an opportunity to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.
A small number of carefully chosen poses are held for longer periods and fully supported with props such as bolsters, bricks and blankets. This will allow you to remain in these rejuvenating positions with minimal muscular effort.
The practice can help reduce stress, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, improve circulation, promote relaxation, mental clarity and improve sleep.
