Yoga came into Jay’s life at a time when she needed it most, shaping her mindset, attitude, and physical health. What began as a once-a-week class soon became a deep passion, leading her to Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand. This was followed by two years traveling through Southeast Asia, where she expanded her knowledge and skills as a teacher.

Since 2014, Jay has guided yoga for a wide range of body types and experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, her mission—and passion—is to support your continual development and deepening of inner awareness and empowerment.

"You are never too young, too old, or too inflexible… No matter where you are in your journey, it’s never too late to start yoga and experience its benefits. When I started, I couldn’t even touch my toes or hold my own body weight. I invite you to join me and experience the transformation over time."

Jay’s classes balance yin and yang, creating a strong, energising yet soft, calming practice. She encourages students to work at their own pace, let go of the idea of the "perfect pose," and simply enjoy moving on the mat. Her lighthearted, fun approach helps students build strength, flexibility, and stability, leaving them feeling grounded and invigorated.

In addition to her general yoga training, Jay has also completed certifications in Kids & Teen Yoga with Rainbow Kids and Ashtanga Yoga with KPJAYI in India and David Swenson.
