Vinyasa Flow

Emma’s Vinyasa Flow classes offer a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, resilience, and freedom in both body and mind.

Rooted in the tradition of synchronising movement with breath, Vinyasa Flow sequences are carefully crafted to give you a full-body and mind experience. The word Vinyasa can be translated as “to place in a special way” - and Emma’s classes reflect this intention, with thoughtful sequencing that supports both physical empowerment and inner connection.

Expect a strong yet spacious practice, with options for rest or modification offered throughout. Emma weaves together breathwork, strength training, fluid movement, and deep rest practices such as Yoga Nidra. Chanting and sound work may also be included to help you settle, ground, and reconnect.

Whether you're looking to move, release, or reset, these sessions are designed to help you feel more centred, energised, and supported - on the mat and beyond.

Emma has been practising yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2009. She brings a wealth of experience, continued study, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom to every class.
