Iyengar Yoga - Mixed ability

Join Tanya's Iyengar yoga classes, where alignment, sequencing, and mindfulness are central to every session.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a more experienced student, Tanya ensures everyone feels included - offering alternative postures and the use of props so you can work safely and confidently within your ability.

Her classes are strong yet always delivered with a sense of humour and fun.

Each week brings a different focus, from standing poses and twists to backbends, forward bends, balances, or restorative work. There’s often a “silly” pose too - something to try just for fun or to build towards when you’re ready.

Tanya has practised Iyengar yoga since 1994 and has been teaching since 2009. For her, it’s a space to set aside life’s worries and be fully present for 90 minutes - and she invites you to experience the same.
