Clare discovered Yoga in 1987 in Stroud as a young single mum, and has attended classes in Stroud and beyond since.

Whilst visiting Goa in the 2014, Clare dived deeper into her practise, and on returning decided to train as a Yoga teacher in her fifties. Qualified as a teacher after attending an 800 hour course in the Gitananda tradition
