A wonderful opportunity to turn your awareness inwards, thus bringing deep calm to the mind and a feeling of softening and relaxation for the body, by practising Yoga with a blindfold applied.
The physical Yoga practice is 1.5 hours and Lisa will guide and adjust you in this, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all.
We will break for Indian Chai Tea and delicious Raw Chocolate (provide by local company, Coco Caravan) and then enjoy an hour of Restorative Yoga Nidra (Deep Yogic Sleep).
A morning to unwind and de-stress, to rejuvenate and kindly care for yourself.
