Two whole hours devoted to you and your relaxation. A workshop with Emma Tilley to ease you into the weekend and soothe you after a long week.
We’ll begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) focusing on the breath to start to bring about a state of calm. We’ll aim to release tension with each exhale. This will be followed by a juicy, slow-flowing sequence of asanas (postures) to stretch out the body and find a sense of connection to the breath, body and mind. We’ll then move on to restorative postures – focusing on the back and shoulders. The two-hour session will finish with a guided relaxation, Yoga Nidra.
