This Yin Yoga workshop helps to restore the healthy flow of qi (energy) through the liver and gall bladder meridians, to support the body’s natural digestive and detoxification functions to eliminate unwanted toxins leaving you with a sense of calm, clarity and balance, ready to look forward to new beginnings.

In Yin Yoga we slow things down, stretch deeply and breathe to unlock and ease tightness held in your body and mind. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes, targeting the deeper tissues of the body to encourage and enhance energy flow.
