The Gong facilitates deep meditation. The sacred sound of the gong reduces stress in the mind and body by rebalancing our physical and emotional bodies, enabling deep healing. It promotes a deep sense of wellbeing and inner peace.
We will do a few gentle stretches, a meditation to clear the subconscious and free up the mind (kundalini yoga meditations are the most powerful tools for this) and then just relax and allow the gong to do the work and bring about the subtle changes in the energy body. Working with the powerful energies of the moon, you will understand less is more. Do less, receive more.
