This workshop is for students who want to incorporate a home practice into their lives, but don’t know what asanas to do and in what sequence they should be approached.
We will also look at overcoming common obstacles and how (in the absence of a fully equipped yoga studio) to get creative with furniture and walls at home.
We will be realistic and develop a simple and generic sequence that can be followed by most (and be shortened or extended depending on time available). Students will also be provided with a print out at the end of the workshop.
