These practices will help you to flow with life rather than resisting and are beneficial for transitioning into the new season
Dru Yoga is practical in that as well as the physical asanas (postures) that are familiar throughout all yoga traditions, we bring softness to the joints and release negative energy from them before working deeper, which in turn balances our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems…this allows us to feel lighter emotionally, opens the heart and allows us to soar!
This 2 hour practice will involve meditation and a lovely long deep relaxation
