Winter is a time to rest, reflect, recuperate and rejuvenate your mind/body/soul. By connecting to the energy of the season you are able to support and nurture yourself in a more holistic way.
This winter workshop will include:
– A short introduction to the water element (associated with winter).
– An Embodied Yin practice using props such as bolsters, blocks and cushions.
– The practice will conclude with an extended savasana (sacred rest).
