A yoga course for ages 11-16.

Strength, resilience, calmness: your child can discover the perfect tool box for a healthy body and mind.

I’ll bring them a practice that combines the ancient system of yoga with modern science and research into physical strength, flexibility, resilience and a positive sense of self.

Sign-up for blocks of four weeks and join me in the studio every Monday at 4pm. On Wednesdays you’ll get an extra online session emailed to you, focussing on a short practice your child can use at home.
