Beginners Yoga – starts 7th January

Pre-book monthly… for those new to Yoga practise or those wishing to consolidate home practise.

Classes focus on the breath, using Pranayama breathing techniques, Mantras and simple Jhattis or movements and moving onto Asana or postures, using traditional techniques as taught in the Ananda Ashram in South India.

Classes cost £12 – bookable monthly
