Root and Rise

This class will encourage you to practice with an intention and an intelligent awareness of the body and mind. It will combine the vinyasa flow style with holding some (key) postures for a longer time. Designed to improve posture, increase strength and flexibility and encourage the body and mind to release tension and holding. The heart and the mind are invited to join along this evolution and become more resilient and softer, peaceful and joyous, happy and balanced!
The class is suitable for everybody.
