Mid-week Reset

An invitation to leave your desk for an hour to move your body, refocus your mind and regulate your nervous system.

This friendly 45-minute lunchtime class is an accessible vinyasa flow class, including sequences of mindful movement, breathing practices, self-massage and ending with some supported restorative poses. Classes are planned to help bring your nervous system into balance, aid concentration and hopefully leave you feeling calm and energised, ready to return to your day.
