Mindful Flow Yoga

Yoga is a great way to stay in shape but this is more than just a physical exercise class. There will be plenty of dynamic vinyasa flow sequences to challenge you physically, but we will also explore what effect these poses have on the mind and the emotions too. I always give plenty of modifications so you can take the class at your own pace depending on your energy levels that day. This is an uplifting, energising class that is suitable for all levels. A great way to start your week!
