Yoga for all levels
This class is based on the following formula: relaxation / breath work, warm up sequence, sun salutation, standing sequence, wind-down sequence and finishing with a well-deserve final relaxation, Savasana.
This is suitable for all levels of experience, strength and flexibility as variations and modifications are offered. You will be encouraged to tune into your body and to rest when you need to. Alternative adjustments will be suggested for more advanced students to challenge themselves and grow their practice.
Overall, this class offers a balance of flow, energy, strength and fun. Come as you are, leave with a lightness, a smile, feeling invigorated and relaxed.
