Stroud Yoga Space offers a variety of different yoga styles.

All yoga has the same set of asanas (postures) in common, but there are different ways of interpreting them, and so we have created descriptions of each style that we offer to help you find a style that appeals to you. Often the best way to discover is to try out a few different styles until you find one that resonates with you. We also have a few different forms of Pilates which are also listed below.

Mother and Baby Yoga

This colourful class is suitable for women from six weeks postnatal, up until your baby is mobile. It allows you an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax whilst spending some quality time with your baby and exercising them gently too. The class is designed to be enjoyable for both mum and baby, and will ease you back into exercise whilst also helping your baby develop their reflexes and motor skills, all in the friendly company of other new mums and babies.
