Stroud Yoga Space offers a variety of different yoga styles.

All yoga has the same set of asanas (postures) in common, but there are different ways of interpreting them, and so we have created descriptions of each style that we offer to help you find a style that appeals to you. Often the best way to discover is to try out a few different styles until you find one that resonates with you. We also have a few different forms of Pilates which are also listed below.

Magdalenes Heart Yoga

In my study of different movement practices, human energy anatomy and different mystic traditions I have developed

an unique style where, using the power of ritual and myth, we dive deep in archetypes which are alive deep in our unconscious. This allows our movement to take us to a place of coherence and integrity, where we can access deeper states of being which allow us to connect to our bodies in profound ways. This is crucial, as embodiment and presence are essential for a well-being state.
