Jayne specialises in helping people to move easier, improving flexibility, inner / ‘core’ strength, balance and posture and also helping them to feel happier, more relaxed and body confident.
She has 18 years of full time experience and qualifications in helping people with their fitness and wellbeing.
Originally qualified as an Advanced Fitness Instructor in 2000 Jayne has since gained many other qualifications including Pilates, Yoga and Positive EFT.
Jayne is passionate about health and wellbeing (emotionally and spiritually as well as physically) and believes in uniting body, mind and soul!
She has lived in Stroud for more than 20 years and has a grown up son.
