Jayne Avery

I specialise in helping people to move easier, be less stiff, improve posture, strengthen stomach and back muscles and be happier, more confident and relaxed both physically and emotionally. I have 13 years of full time experience and qualifications in helping people. I originally qualified as an Advanced Fitness Instructor in 2000 and have since gained many other qualifications including pilates and yoga. I am passionate about health and wellbeing and believe in uniting body, mind and soul! I have lived in Stroud for nearly 18 years and I have a son who is nearly 20. I love learning new things, meeting people (old friends and new), great food and dancing!

Yogalates – A combination of Yoga and Pilates, all the benefits of Pilates with the poses and spiritual elements of Yoga- strengthening, stretching, balancing and relaxing.
