I qualified as an NCT Antenatal Teacher in 2008 and and then studied further to train firstly to teach Relax, Stretch & Breathe classes and more recently Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga. I have practised yoga all my adult life and naturally turned to it during each of my own pregnancies: I am passionate about the benefits of yoga in pregnancy, for childbirth and beyond.

Yoga for Pregnancy
My pregnancy classes aim to give you time to relax, focus on your baby and think about your wishes for the birth. Women often report reduced aches and pains and better quality of sleep as well as improved posture and body awareness and more confidence with positions and breathing for labour.
The classes are run as a drop-in and cost £12, to include refreshments at the end of your session.
