Alice Lowrie

Having worked in the past as a primary school teacher, Alice is passionate about the benefits of mindfulness for the mental health of children and loves to share her experience and skills with them.

She has mindfulness qualifications with ‘Calm Kids’ and ‘Mindfulness in Schools Project’ and continues to develop her passion for this subject with ongoing studies.

Alice has four children under 10 and lives in Stroud.


Mindfulness for Children – starts 12th November

The first class is for children aged 6-9 years
A fun, relaxed class to introduce children to mindfulness. We will use games, story, music, movement, breath work and visualisation, and will learn about different emotions and what we can do to manage them.
The second class is for children aged 10-13 years
A calm, creative space for your child to develop their own mindfulness practice. We will learn about  the difference between feelings and thoughts. Through visualisation, breath work and movement we will learn how to manage the whole spectrum of emotions.
Monday 3.45pm - 4.30pm Studio 1
Monday 4.30pm - 5.15pm Studio 1
