Flow Yin Yang Yoga Spring Renewal with Jay Foo

Get your body moving, wringing out stresses both mentally & physically through a 75 minutes dynamic vinyasa practise, rolling into a 45 minutes of deep yin meditation. Get moving, then get still, mixing the two styles of yoga I love to practice and teach. A complete practice to shake out the old and ease into Spring.

Open to all levels. Please don’t worry if you do not have arm balance or inversions in your practice – it is not essential 🙂 Come with an open mind to find your edge and challenge yourself. Although this is not suitable for complete beginners, it is if you have some experience or knowledge of yoga / sun salutation. We will finish the practice with a long savasana, snacks, tea and a chat / any questions you may have.
